2012年 ，Darren首次触电，主演了喜剧**<Girl Most Likely>(邻家女孩) 。本片由Kristen Wiig ，Annette Bening和Matt Dillon联合出演 。**讲述女主角（Kristen Wiig饰）为了赢回前男友而假装以死示爱 ，最终与好赌成性的母亲(Annette Bening 饰)一起生活的故事。Darren的角色是女主回到新泽西遇到的一个年轻男孩，两人有一段感情戏 。本片于2013年7月19日上映 。
